DAY SEVEN+

In the morning, we invite you to join us at 8am back at the castle for breakfast. If you'll be able to wake up that early after the wedding, please RSVP on our Events page here.

We'd highly recommend you don't fly out on Friday if at all possible. The venue is 2-2.5 hours from Heathrow & Gatwick airports. If you need to get home, it'd be better to take a leisurely day getting back to the city  and fly out on Saturday or Sunday (Jetlag is easy flying West.) A number of guests still support Harry Potter, and will be visiting the Studio direct from Chelmsford on Friday.

We're so excited about the festivities that we're going to keep the party going on the Algarve Coast of Southern Portugal, followed by 1.5 days in Lisbon, and we'd sincerely love for you to join us! Please don't hesitate thinking this will be our honeymoon. We're lucky enough to jet away on 'mini-moons' every other weekend! (I mean, have you seen our Instagram/Facebooks?) The ONE thing we crave most each year is more time with our nearest & dearest (YOU!), so we've included all the details to entice you to spend a little more time with us!

We'll fly from London Southend on Sea Airport to Faro on EasyJet Flight #EJU3602 at 5:15pm and then take a 1-hour shuttle to the AP Oriental Algarve Hotel in Portimao (already booked). On Saturday, we'll sleep in and spend the day at the pool or the beach. On Sunday (24 July), we'll do a Benagil Caves Cruise to see the beautiful sea caves this area is famous for. Monday will be another free day, and we'll check out on the 26th (Tuesday) to catch the shuttle back to Faro. Tuesday will be spent in Faro's Old Town until 4pm, when we'll catch a high-speed train to Lisbon (~$30). After checking into the Dalma Old Town Suites Hotel, we'll make a booking at a Fado restaurant in the medieval, Old Town area of Lisbon to hear traditional Portuguese live music. Wednesday will be a free day in Lisbon.
