DAY FOUR

Tuesday - July 19th

Today, you'll want to wake up early to nab a good spot for the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace. Afterwards, Torey and I will be spending the afternoon relaxing in Hyde Park with a picnic. Feel free to use us as your "home base" while you explore St. James & Hyde Parks. If you're not into parks, you could go shopping in Mayfair and Covent Garden, visit Westminster Abbey (get tickets EARLY!), or go see St. Paul's Cathedral. Leave yourself enough time to drop off your bags and stop by the market before dinner at Minories Pub. (The burgers are excellent!) A private, open-air, double-decker bus retrofitted with tables and ice buckets will be picking us up at 7pm from there, so hop on board and drive past London’s most iconic sites with the wind in your hair and a (BYOB) drink in your hand. They'll drop us back off at the Minories.

9:25 – Meet @ the Tower Hill Tiger (40 Trinity Square, London EC3N 4DJ)

9:30 – Depart for Buckingham Palace

(Circle or District Line to St. James Park Station)

10:10 – Find a good spot @ Buckingham Palace

10:45 – Changing of the Guard

12:00 – Picnic @ one of the Royal Parks

17:30 – Dinner @ The Minories
